Raji has over 30 years of experience in the hair industry in the San Francisco and Detroit areas, and has recently relocated to South Florida. He has worked on several photo shoots, and styled hair for fashion shows in the Detroit area and charitable benefits. He has styled hair on movie sets including 61 with Billy Crystal, Escanaba and the Moonlight with Jeff Daniel, 8 Mile with Eminem, and Convicted with Hilary Swank. After attending beauty school, Raji read Vidal Sassoon’s autobiography, Sorry I Kept You Waiting, Madam, and continued his education at Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Toronto, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Since then, his passion is the creative art of hairstyling and catering to the needs of his clients. Using new techniques he acquired from Vidal Sassoon, he tailors his work to each client’s needs by giving a haircut that has good detail and balance, and that compliments the personality of his client. He believes that the haircut is the style. Raji is our Part Time Stylist. He works Thursdays Fridays & Saturdays 

Jonathon Levi Powell is from the Seattle area and is 32 years old. He is a Hair Stylist and Make-Up Artist with experience and knowledge in editorial, runway, and salon success around the nation. Originating in Seattle, Jonathon Levi Powell’s career in Seattle included working on the Editorial Team for the leading Luxury Hair Styling salon, Gene Juarez. He was a driving force in creating Seasonal Campaigns as well as campaigns for other leaders in the Northwest Hair Styling fashion industry. His name has been published in Harper’s Bazaar (November 2013 issue), discussing the health of women’s hair and he has developed a career based in Miami working on runway with Roberto Cavalli, as well as shooting with Kohl’s and Johnston & Murphy. Jonathon pulls his inspiration from the natural world around him, with a passion for the outdoors and discovery of new experiences around the globe. Fashion also provides inspiration in a way that rings true to any creative soul. His high level of creative energy will bring his guests back for more. He is our seasonal stylist, & he is happy to call Gustavo Briand Studio his new home
